I have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and have been teaching for 26 years. I am a founding staff member of Scallywaggs and have spent the past 22 years working within Scallywaggs Education & Care services. During this time I became an educator enabling me to spend time at home with my own children, returning to Scallywaggs as the General Manager and also the Regional Manager for Sprouts In-Home Childcare.

I have an amazing supportive team of teachers and educators who take real pride in their work providing a safe and educational home environment for children in their care.

Hi my name is Vickie and I have worked in the Early Childhood sector for over 16 years with Group Special Education and later qualified with a Bachelor of Teaching. I have two daughters and four grandchildren.

I have a deep understanding of how children learn and the importance of working in partnership with whānau.  I am a committed, reflective, inclusive, professional kaiako who demonstrates a high standard of teaching practice, ethical principles and a positive approach with all children, whānau and staff in our service.

Hi, I'm Sarah and as a parent of two girls, I have had a long association with Scallywaggs.  Before becoming Office Administrator I worked in Scallywaggs Kids Club.  My job gives me the flexibility to continue to work with children.  I can help with your administration queries by phone 06 858 7404, email  or person to person in the office.

Both my husband, Anthony and I are born and bred in Waipukurau.  We have two beautiful children, Mason and Paige that keep us busy and on our toes at all times.  Before I joined the Administration team I was the coordinator for Kids Club Waipukurau. 

Being able to greet all the smiling little faces every morning is definitely a highlight of my position in the main office. 

I am the administrator for the Kids Club, Waipukurau and I can help with all other general administrative enquires by phone 06 8587404, email or pop into the office between 8am-4pm.
